A: Broker Opens are Open Houses held by real estate agents, for real estate agents to announce a new listing that is about to come on the market. They are beneficial for both the listing agents and the buyers agents.

Q: How much does it cost to advertise a Broker Open or Open House on Advantage Chicago?

A: Currently it is free. We do sell banner advertisement, but right now we want to give agents the opportunity to see what kind of results they can get with our system before asking for a monetary investment.

Q: Who should “register” for Advantage?

A: Active buyer agents who want to know the market they work in. By registering, you select which neighborhoods you want to be receive announcements about. We use an opt-in system for announcements to make sure we are giving our agents subscribers total control over what is sent to them.

Q: Do you sell email address lists?

A: No, Advantage Chicago will not sell any of your personal information.

Q: How long does a Broker Open advertisement stay on the system?

A: We have created an Archive which sorts past broker opens by neighborhoods. Broker Opens will be featuring in our archive for at least 3 months after being advertised.

Q: What can I do to leverage the impact of my Broker Ppen advertisement on Advantage Chicago?

A: The more people you invite to your broker open the better. Send a link to your Broker Open page on Advantage Chicago to anyone in your sphere who might be able to send you an interested buyer.

A: The biggest advantage we have is targeted marketing. We are already at the front page of search engines for the search term ‘Chicago Broker Open’ and will soon do the same for the term ‘Chicago Open House’. Our system focuses on allowing agents and buyers to find our advertisements.
